Beef Stroganoff with Black Pepper

A delicious beef recipe made from the tenderloin meat part, with the spicy black pepper. Absolutely easy recipe food and quick prepare. Takes about 30 minutes cooking times, this steak recipe could be you favourite food.







Ingredients :

1 tablespoonful coarsely ground black pepper
3 x 8 ounce tenderloin steaks
3 tablespoonful olive oil, divided
8 ounces portabella mushrooms, cuted half
1 1/4 cups beef broth
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoonful Dijon mustard
1 8.8-ounce package wide egg nooddles ( such as De Cecco )
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, well choped
salt, to taste


Cooking directions :

Spread black pepper and salt on both sides of steaks ( press ).
Heat 1 tablespoonful olive oil in large nonstick frying pan over moderately-high heat. Add steaks
cook to desired doneness, for about 4 minutes per side ( for medium-rare ).
Set aside to a plate, tent with foil

Add 1 tablespoonful oil and portabella mushrooms to the same frying pan, sauté till well browned, about 4 minutes.
Add broth, boil for about 2 minutes.
Add cream, boil till slightly thickened, about 3 minutes.
Whisk in mustard

Meanwhile, cook noodles in a pot of boiling salted water till just tender but still firm to bite, stirring sometimes.
Drain
Return to pot, toss with parsley and 1 tablespoonful oil. Season with salt and pepper

Divide among plates. Slice steaks, put a top noodles.
