Garlic Crispy Chicken Wings
This is an easy recipe for your family dinner. Crispy chicken wings season with garlic and ginger. The aromatic garlic and ginger is a tasty combination for the delicious chicken wings .
Ingredients :
10 Chicken Wings
1 tablespoonful Olive Oil
1 tablespoonful Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper
for the sauce :
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoonful vinegar
2 tablesponful pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoonful Tomato Paste
1 1/2 teaspoonful Ground Ginger
1 1/2 teaspoonful Dry Mustard
5 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 1/2 Teaspoonful Hot Red Pepper Sauce
For garnish :
green onion, thinly sliced
sesame seeds
Cooking Direction :
Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice
Put the chicken in the roasting pan with the chopped onion tucked among them
Season with salt and fresh ground pepper
Brush the chicken pieces with the oil and lemon mixture
Preheat the oven 400F
Put the pan on a high rack of the oven. Cook for about 25 minutes
for the sauce :
Whisk all of the sauce Ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl.
When chicken is done remove from the oven, pour off any fat that's in the pan
Pour the sauce mixture all over the chicken and onions, a generous coating.
Put back in the oven. Cook for further 25 minutes.
Make sure you baste the wings at least twice while cooking the second time
Remove from the oven and put on stove top on medium heat.
Spoon the sauce over the chicken
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds (opt.)
Serve hot
