Mince Mixture Recipe :
It's a Base Recipe for Cooking Bolognese Recipe

Ingredients :
2 tablespoonful olive oil
1kg lean beef, minced
2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
150ml water
150ml beef stock
3 sprigs thyme leaves
Cooking Direction :
Heat oil in a non-stick saucepan
Tip in the minced beef. Cook for 10 minutes or till browned.
Breaking up any lumps with a spoon. Set aside (remove to a plate)
Put the onion onto the pan, Cook till soften.
Return the mince to the pan
Pour the water
Add the stock, and thyme leaves
Bring to a boil
Simmer for about 30 minutes, till the mince is tender and the sauce has reduced down.
Remove from heat, allow to cool completely
note : The mince can be frozen for up to 3 months, and use as a basic recipes of bolognese
